最近忽然沈迷於SongWriter/Singer這類型的音樂，大概是受了About a Boy電影配樂的感動吧，忽然覺得越簡單的的東西往往越能保存他存在的價值。。音樂也是這樣。

當初Ed Harcourt的第一張"Here Be Monsters"錯過了，現在卻遍尋不著，真的是報應，恨哪。前幾天入手這張"From Every Shpere"，這幾天唸書時，就一直是這張CD在陪著我。
整張聽下來，他那驚人且充滿感染力的的音樂天分在豐富的編曲中展露無疑，而也像許多Songwriter/Singer前輩一樣，有著一副善於說故事的好歌喉，誠摯感人的讓我一頭栽進他架構出來那與外界隔絕的56分56秒裡。

整張的調性都很合我的胃口，民謠中帶點迷幻氣息，不是預想中那種簡單的風格。但卻也帶來更多的驚喜，仔細聆聽每一首歌都有其不同的面貌神韻，整體卻又是如此的前後連貫、流暢，渾然天成。情緒也隨之時而平靜、時而激動，毫不窒礙的轉換著不同的心情，就像生活中的起起伏伏，總是在不知不覺中交替著構生命每一個段落。

#4 "The birds will sing for us"絕對是我今年聽過最好聽的幾首歌之一，樂器和人聲的搭配完美到了令人落淚的地步。叮叮咚咚、滿滿的溫暖就這樣從耳機中輕易的到達大腦深處，勾起對所有美好事物的記憶。這幾天天氣一直很好，清新透明的的天空搭配涼爽的氣溫，捧著咖啡，聽著Ed Harcourt的歌聲，這片刻的悠閒絕對是我這一年忙碌的實習生涯中最放鬆的時刻。
